Family Mission Trips - Cambodia and Kenya
Led by Shea, we have had the pleasure of serving others in a Kenyan Village and a Cambodian Orphanage that our community Church Supports. Shea is the veteran with 5 tours, Avery and Annie actually went on their own in 2015 after a few trips with Shea or the entire family. We all relished the opportunities to share our faith, hope, and love. We were grateful for the good fortune and ability to expand our personal perspectives and purpose. This was a life changing force in for our entire family for six years.

Shea- Stroke Recovery/Aphasia Coach
I benefited greatly from the medical community for diagnosis, treatment, and physical therapy. There has also been immense growth in the field since my stroke. However, I feel that there are other needs still to be addressed for the those who live with Aphasia. Namely the presence and voice of experience of fellow survivors. A helping hand from someone who has walked in their shoes and come back to "Tell" about it. Literally, "Shea language" may not be perfect, but it gets the job done. Over the years since my stroke, I feel that I have lived a very full and rewarding life. As many major challenges in my life have come and gone, I am always looking forward for new opportunities to learn, grow, and share. New Challenges...

Jerry- Financial Risk Management and Process Development
I have been involved in the Energy Sector since 1990. I am extremely passionate about the strategic value-added function of Process Development and Information Systems. I focus on systems, processes, perspectives, governance, and data to deliver solutions that promote real-time decision-making and commercial success. I have led cultural, philosophical, process, system, and commercial change initiatives for a myriad of business ventures. I evaluate opportunities and risks, identify criteria for success, and provide strategies, solutions, and leadership. I have a broad base of experience achieving long term growth for my teams, my employers, and myself.

The Empty Nest Looms - "What's Next?"
As we contemplate the Blessings that have been bestowed upon us, and the path that has been laid before us to this point, we have to consider how we can continue to learn, grow, and share. This formula has served us well in the past, and we wish to take it to the next level. While we do not know exactly what the universe has in store for us, we do know that we must be aware and prepared to take full advantage of what life offers. Kaizen47 is our next step forward. We are ready to find out what's next and go where that path leads us.
